Trial for DeKalb County Sheriff Jeffery Mann delayed
ATLANTA - A judge has moved the trial of DeKalb County Sheriff Jeffery Mann to later this month.
The judge rescheduled Friday afternoon's trial because of attorney conflicts.
Atlanta Police arrested Mann back in May on public indecency and obstruction charges.
They said he exposed himself at Piedmont Park and then ran from an officer.
Mann is currently serving a 40-day suspension imposed by Governor Nathan Deal last month.
Mann's new trial date is July 27.
