A metro area female police officer claims her boss harassed her, intending to make a hook up romantically.

The unnamed Brookhaven officer, herself a lieutenant, says she wanted no part of the alleged verbal advances she says came from Juan Guillon.

Guillon is a deputy chief.  He denies having any intention at romance or of trying to make his subordinate uncomfortable.

A spokesperson for Brookhaven City Hall says an outside attorney was brought in to start an investigation. When the deputy chief was brought in to give his side, he chose to resign.

Brennan says that ended the inquiry.

Guillon had been with the department since its inception in early 2013. Brennan said he had had no problems.
