Thief caught on camera stealing company truck, other items

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. - A College Park business man is scratching his head in disgust and frustration after a man clad in purple stole his truck, tools and more from his tire store early Monday morning.

Fulton County Police said the man, dressed in a purple jumpsuit with a matching fedora style hat, took a flat screen TV, some power tools, a power washer and several tires from the work bays at College Park Tire and Auto Service.

" I think that would be kind of foolish on his behalf to take it and use it for personal gains other than maybe taking it to a chop shop," said White.

Fulton County Police are asking anyone with knowledge of the theft at College Park Tire and Auto Service to give them a call.

Mr. White implored the crook to simply leave the truck at the shop or elsewhere to be retrieved, no questions asked.
