Thank you! Great Toy Drop for Toys For Tots
ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - FOX 5 Atlanta wants to thank you for coming out to the Great Toy Drop Saturday, Dec. 8. We know it was a bit chilly, rainy, and all around yucky weather, but that didn’t stop some amazing people from helping us collecting toys for Toys For Tots.

The annual event was held this year at the Highland Plaza Publix located at the corner of Sandy Plains and Shallowford roads in Marietta. Toys For Tots hasn’t gotten a chance to count how much was collected, but it helped to make a dent in the need across metro Atlanta.

Each year, FOX 5 Atlanta teams up with our media partners and Publix to try to jumpstart the collection to help put a smile on every child’s face in metro Atlanta this Christmas.
The Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders and even Santa Claus stopped by help FOX 5 Atlanta, Q100, and Publix.
Those that couldn’t make it out to the Great Toy Drop, there is still plenty of time to donate a new, unwrapped toy. Just stop by any metro Atlanta area Publix store until Dec. 15.
