Teen shot in Atlanta, search underway for suspect
ATLANTA - A search is underway for the person who shot a 14-year-old boy in southwest Atlanta.
Police say the teenager was standing at the corner of Metropolitan Parkway and Avery Road Saturday evening when someone open fire, hitting him in the stomach.
Medics rushed the teen to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
