Police said a teenager was arrested in connection to the shooting death of a 20-year-old veteran who was left to die in the middle of the road.

Nathan Jones was arrested in College Park Wednesday in connection to the Oct. 21 death of Jordan Gratton. DeKalb County Police said they found Gratton’s lifeless body on Woodland Cove near Wesley Chapel Road and Flat Shoals Parkway.

Investigators said Gratton was shot several times.

Police issued a warrant a week later for Jones. He was booked into the DeKalb County Jail on felony murder charges.

Gratton served in the National Guard and was working at AT&T as a technician at the time of his death.
