Police have now filed charges against the suspected gunman and the victim in a shooting over a booting dispute.

Thursday morning, police arrested Alexander Bland, Jr. on reckless conduct charges.

Later that afternoon, police said Matthew Stevens turned himself in on battery and property damage charges.

According to police, Stevens called Bland to remove a boot from his car late one night. But the two men started fighting and at some point, police said Bland pulled out a gun and fired, hitting Stevens in the leg.
