A strong line of storms moved through north Georgia Tuesday evening. Those storms brought strong winds and heavy rain, but no significant damage has been reported.
The strongest storms should be out of the FOX 5 viewing area by roughly midnight. Any lingering rain and cloud cover will clear out after midnight and will be replaced with much colder air with overnight lows in most of north Georgia falling into 30s. The northernmost mountain counties will see lows near freezing.
Residents in the metro could see up to an inch and a half of rain. Folks a little further south could see two inches or more.
