FOX 5 News has confirmed that Andrea Sneiderman will not seek a change of venue in her upcoming criminal trial.

Sources confirmed Friday morning that Sneiderman's defense attorneys will not ask to move her trial out of DeKalb County.

The widow of the murder victim, Rusty Sneiderman, is charged with conspiring with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, to have her 36-year-old husband killed.

In August, a grand jury indicted Andrea Sneiderman on murder, insurance fraud, perjury and other charges.

In March, Neuman was sentenced to life without parole for the shooting death of Rusty Sneiderman outside of a Dunwoody child care center in November 2010.
