Shots fired during store robbery in Conyers

CONYERS, Ga - Robbers fired shots in the middle of a crowded store as they rush in and took money from the cash register.

It happened on Sunday afternoon at the Family Dollar on West Avenue in Conyers.

Police said two men ran into the store and both fired shots.

Luckily, no one was injured.

Investigators said they fled in a gray Nissan SUV with a black hood.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers. Tipsters may be eligible for a $2,000 reward.
