Roswell attorney arrested on forgery charges
ROSWELL, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A metro Atlanta attorney and former Fulton County magistrate has been indicted on a charge of forgery.
Elizabeth Vila Rogan is accused of forging a judge's signature on a court order vacating a man's conviction and restoring his gun rights.
Roswell police said Rogan filed the order last month in Roswell Municipal Court.
She was arrested Sunday and released on a signature bond.
