Rome teen accused of writing note threatening shooting at school

A Rome high school student is accused of writing a note threatening a shooting at the school.

Jarrod Monroe, 18, was charged with making terroristic threats.

Investigators said one of the teachers found the threatening note in her classroom.

Officers said it read, in part, "School shooter, any day now."

After a search of Monroe's car, police found a number of prohibited items, including axes, a BB gun, and a large hunting knife.
