Rockdale County DCS officers hold day of service

CONYERS, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - The Rockdale County Department of Community Supervision, of DCS, hosted their annual day of service Monday.

DCS officers took a break from their usual duties of supervising offenders on probation or parole and gathered gently used winter clothing, to give to families in need.

DCS officers said their jobs allow them a unique connection to the community.

The agency held the day of service statewide.
