Police: Triple shooting at Walmart leaves one dead

Fulton County police are investigating a triple shooting at a Walmart leaves one young man dead.

Officers told FOX 5 the shooting happened in the parking lot on Research Center Drive shortly after 11 p.m. Sunday. They said a young man and a teenage boy were found wounded in the parking lot and a third teenage male was found a few blocks away.

Fulton County Police Corporal Maureen Smith said, "We discovered two individuals that were suffering from gunshot wounds.  They were both transported to Grady Hospital. One of them died en route to the hospital.  A short time later we received a call from the Atlanta Police Department, informing us that we had another victim that was suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was also transported to Grady Hospital."

The unidentified man died in an ambulance on the way to the hospital. The second victim was taken to Grady Hospital, where their condition is unknown. The third victim was also transported to Grady Hospital, where his condition is also unknown.

Police don't have any suspects in custody. Further details haven't been released.
