Police: Shooting at DeKalb County party justified

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - DeKalb County Police said they don't expect to file charged in weekend shooting that left one person dead.

They said the shooting appears justified.

It happened at a home on Clifton Springs Manor.

Someone fired shots during a party and one person was killed.

Officers initially detained one person, but DeKalb County Police investigators later determined the shooting was justified.
