Police Search for Man in Dry Cleaners Armed Robbery

ATLANTA - Atlanta police are searching for an armed robber who held up a dry cleaning business.

Police said a man walked into the store on DeKalb Avenue last Wednesday with a gun and then demanded money out of the cash register.

"I was standing there thinking 'Okay, this guy is actually robbing us.' So, I stood there trying to remember as much as I could about him so I could tell the police, but all I really could see was that gun," said employee Kathy Pipkin.

Investigators released a video of the incident on Friday in hopes someone would recognize him.

The video shows that the crook even went so far as to steal coins from a jar on the counter before getting away.
