According to the Fulton County Police Department, officers were called to the Biscayne Apartments on Old National Highway after two women called 911 reporting they had been physically assaulted by a man.

Responding officers said the male suspect took off on Old National Highway and a vehicle pursuit followed.

The pursuit ended about two miles away when the man flipped his car at Creel Road. He was killed in the wreck, according to police.
