Police: Parents located after child found in Athens

ATHENS, Ga. - Athens-Clarke County Police said the parents of a boy that was found Friday afternoon have been located.

Police said the boy, who was unable to communicate with officers, was found in Spring Valley Estates near Nellie B Avenue.
