DeKalb County Police officers joined in prayer alongside family members of 21-year-old Devin Eason Sunday night, as dozens gathered to remember the motorcyclist who was struck by several cars and killed.

Investigators tell FOX 5 News, they urgently need more leads to find all the drivers responsible for the horrific crime.

Eason is also the son of a DeKalb County police officer.

Before 10 p.m. on Oct. 14 along River Road, investigators said Eason was on his green and black motorcycle when he fell; detectives said several cars hit Eason and kept going before someone eventually called 911.

Police said they're certain the drivers responsible knew they struck a person, and still drove away without helping him.

"I don't understand how four people- -they could just leave him in the road to die," said his mother Lauri Eason. "Justice will prevail. We will find out who did this to Devin," she said.

Neighbors told FOX 5 News earlier this week, they gave surveillance video to DeKalb County Police of the crash and aftermath.

Anyone with information is asked to DeKalb County Police. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS to remain anonymous and receive a reward up to $2,000.
