Police: Man used nail gun to steal jewelry
RIVERDALE, Ga. - Clayton County police are searching for a thief who stole $8,500 worth of jewelry.
It happened last week at Cash America Pawn on Highway 85 in Riverdale, Georgia.
Investigators tell FOX 5 the man spent about eight minutes in the store before grabbing a nail gun from a shelf.
He then used the nail gun to break a display case and steal the jewelry.
The man left the store before police arrived and hasn't been seen since.
Police say the man is around 5-feet-9-inches tall with a weight between 300 and 375 pounds.
