Athens-Clarke County robbery suspect

ATHENS, Ga. - Athens-Clarke County police have charged a man following a disturbing encounter with a woman on Oconee Street.

Police say Jose Ramirez followed a woman inside her home and threatened her.

Her roommate called 911 and Ramirez ran from the house.

Police charged him with robbery, battery, and other crimes.
