Police: Man dead in apartment parking lot after shooting
CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - A man is dead after police found him in an apartment parking after a shooting, according to the Clayton County Police Department.
20-year-old Rodricous Gates was found lying face down in the parking lot of the Hampton Downs Apartments, according to officials.
Police were called to the scene after reports of a shooting. Authorities were told by witnesses that Gates was involved in a dispute behind building six and then Gates ran to the front of building eight, where he collapsed.
The incident occurred on Sunday around 7:20 p.m.
The investigation surrounding the details of this case is ongoing and at this time, and there are no
