Driver crashes into horses in Atlanta then takes off from the scene
it is an odd case of hit and run when police say a motorist crashed into two horses in northeast Atlanta and then took off.
ATLANTA - Atlanta police are looking for a hit and run driver accused of crashing into several horses.
It happened Wednesday night on Freedom Parkway. The impact threw the riders to the ground.
Medics checked the victims at the scene. We're told the riders and the horses are okay.
Police believe the driver was in a gold or silver Lexus SUV.
Anyone with information is asked to call Atlanta police.
