Police: Driver shot after traffic-related issue with another vehicle

COBB COUNTY, Ga. - A driver was shot in Cobb County after what police called a "traffic-related issue" with another vehicle. 

It happened on Paces Ferry Road at Cumberland Parkway Southeast Thursday morning. According to police, the driver of a white Dodge Ram was shot as he was turning onto Cumberland.

Police are now searching for the other driver, who was in a black SUV. Investigators said the vehicle was last seen heading toward Cobb Parkway.

The wounded driver is expected to be okay.
