Police: Deadly motorcycle crash closes I-20 eastbound in DeKalb County

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - Police in DeKalb County are investigating a deadly crash which happened late Wednesday evening along Interstate 20.

DeKalb County Police said it happened along I-20 near the Candler Road exit.

Initial reports by officers at the scene are a motorcyclist died after getting into some sort of collision.

All lanes of I-20 eastbound near Candler Road were shut down for a several hours while the deadly crash was investigated and cleared from the roadway.
