Police: 2 injured in wreck involving school bus

ATLANTA - A school bus carrying children was involved in a wreck Monday morning. 

The accident happened on Ralph D. Abernathy Boulevard Southwest at Pollard Boulevard in Atlanta. 

Atlanta police said the bus got into a wreck with another vehicle. The children on the bus were transferred to a different bus and were taken to school.

The driver and passenger of the other vehicle involved were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital and Atlanta Medical Center. Police said they were alert, conscious and breathing.
