Photos released of vehicle involved in fatal Suwanee hit-and-run

Police are still investigating a fatal hit-and-run that claimed the life of a pedestrian on Old Peachtree Road Jan. 27 and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the vehicle involved.

What we know:

According to the Suwanee Police Department, the incident occurred at approximately 7:05 p.m. when David Wayne Anglin, 60, was attempting to cross Old Peachtree Road, just south of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road. Anglin was struck by a vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

As part of the ongoing investigation, detectives have obtained security footage showing a dark-colored sedan with dark-colored rims, which they have identified as a vehicle of interest. Police have released photos from the video and are urging the public to come forward with any information that may help locate the vehicle and its occupants.
