Opening arguments expected Wednesday in Tiffany Moss case
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Opening statements will begin Wednesday in the case of the Gwinnett County charged with killing her stepdaughter.
Tiffany Moss is representing herself in the case. In the last week and a half, she has helped to pick the jury which will ultimately decide her fate.
Moss could face the death penalty for the 2013 killing of 10-year-old Emani Moss if convicted.
The young girl weighed only 32 pounds at the time of her death, investigators said.
Eman Moss, the girl’s father, pleaded guilty to murder in 2015 and was sentenced to life in prison.
