CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Officials have issued a Mattie's Call for a missing 38-year-old Clayton County woman.
Police say Sheila Montes was last seen leaving her home on the 6900 block of Highway 42 at around 10 a.m. on July 22.
According to officials, Montes had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and mental retardation. She also does not have her medication with her.
Police described Montes as having brown eyes and black hair. She is around 5-feet-2-inches tall with a weight of around 210 pounds.
