Man's body recovered from Lake Allatoona

BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. - The Georgia Department of Natural Resources says a man's body has been recovered Sunday evening from Lake Allatoona.
Teams have been searching for the unidentified man since Saturday morning after his vehicle had been found in Bartow County near Bethany Bridge.
The body was found around 5 p.m. Sunday using sonar equipment and the Georgia State Patrol Dive Team.
Investigators are now trying to determine who the man is and the cause and circumstances of his death.
