Man dies after shot in head while driving

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - A driver was killed after someone shot him in the head Thursday night in DeKalb County. 

According to police, the victim was in his car, driving out of the Laurel Mill apartment complex off Whites Mill Road, when someone shot him in the head. 

Investigators said after the shooting, the victim's car continued through the intersection, crashing into a powerbox and a building. 

The victim was taken to the hospital where he later passed away. 

Police are searching for the shooter. Anyone with information is asked to come forward.
