DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - The man accused of shooting another man inside the Decatur Library has been granted immunity, dismissing the case.

A judge has officially dismissed all criminal charges against a man involved in a February shooting inside the Decatur branch of the DeKalb County Public Library after determining he acted in self-defense, according to court documents.
