"Every time we go home, we always have a a family dinner...It won't be another time when we will have that type of celebration," Carolyn Coleman told Mitchell.

The Colemans said the trip was part of the family's annual vacation. They're now questioning why the boat was even allowed to go out onto the water in a storm.

"It's mind-boggling. Why was that boat allowed to leave that dock during a storm?" Gary Coleman asked.
