Jury selection began in the new trial for a man accused of murdering a father in front of this Dunwoody daycare back in 2010.

Hemy Neuman was convicted of murdering his alleged lover's husband, Russell Sneiderman in November 2010. Neuman was initially found mentally ill, and sentenced to life in prison without parole. But the Georgia Supreme Court overturned that verdict.

Prosecutors claim that Neuman was having an affair with Sneiderman's wife, Andrea, at the time of the murder, something she has repeatedly denied.

Lawyers for both sides began to go through the process of picking a jury Monday.

DeKalb County Superior Court Judge Gregory Adams is the presiding judge.
