How You Can Help Those Affected by the Carolina Flooding

ATLANTA - We have all seen the horrifying images from our neighbors in the Carolinas during this historic flooding and now there is a way you can help those who need it most.

Our hearts have gone out to those left homeless, flooded out of their houses, searching for a dry place to lay their heads in Charleston, in Columbia, and all across the Carolinas.

FOX 5 Atlanta has partnered with Careforce, Publix, and the America Red Cross to try to bring some much needed relief to those affected. And you can help.

Starting Monday, you can make a donation at all Publix. Your donation can go a long way to help provide food, shelter, relief supplies, emotional support, recovery planning, and other assistance as well as supporting the vehicles, warehouses and people that make that help possible.

No donation is too small! And once you’ve given, please let your friends know. Spread the word to your friends in person, on social media, and at your church. Let’s do some real good and help our neighbors recover.
