Health care worker reunited with beloved dog
A woman working in the health care industry for Atlanta-based Thrive Senior Living, had to recently relocate, leaving behind her beloved dog Rosa.
In a Facebook video, Thrive Senior Living CEO Jeramy Ragsdale shows him taking the 5-year-old German Shepard for a thousand plus mile ride to have a surprise reunion with her owner, Heather White.
Heather moved to Woodbridge, Virginia Tribute at The Glen where she is serving as interim Vice President. But one of the most difficult things in her move, was leaving behind Rosa. Heather was even sure to FaceTime Rosa every morning.
"In the middle of these really uncertain times, it's difficult for everyone, but it's extra really difficult for those who work in the health care space" Ragsdale said.
After Rosa's paws were washed and temperatures were checked for safety. Rosa made her way into Heather's office for the surprise reunion.
