Gwinnett County performs marriages, couple vow renewals for Valentine's Day

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Valentine’s Day is the perfect day to say “I do.”

That’s what several couples did Thursday in Gwinnett County to celebrate Valentine’ Day. The county was performing marriage and vow renewal ceremonies at the Gwinnett County Historic Courthouse in Lawrenceville.

FOX 5 News spoke to a couple who said they have been married for 45 years and have renewed their vows every year.

They said it is a good day to be reminded of the promised they made to each other all those years ago.
