The person killed in a hit-and-run accident along Georgia 400 Wednesday afternoon has been identified as a teenager, and authorities said they've located the driver who hit him.

Troopers with the Georgia State Patrol said a Honda and a Chevrolet SUV collided, causing the SUV to overturn, just north of the Lenox Road/Buckhead exit. The Honda left the scene of the crash, officials said.

Troopers said there were five occupants in the SUV, one of which was fatally injured. That victim has been identified as Maricio Oliveros, 17, of Doraville.

The driver of the SUV and three other passengers were transported to Grady Memorial Hospital.

Several lanes were blocked for about two hours following the accident while emergency crews cleared the scene and troopers investigated.

Thursday morning, the Department of Public Safety said the driver of the Honda has been located. Officials said charges are pending.
