The vacation home rental industry is big business. More people have chosen to ditch the traditional hotel experience and choose a fully furnished home or apartment. It's more private and often less expensive. 

But, like everything else right now, the COVID-19 pandemic has upended plans and that may leave you wondering what to do if you need to cancel or change your booking.
