Sheriff's deputies in Cherokee County say a missing 12-year-old girl has been found safe and the woman accused of kidnapping is in police custody.

Deputies say the girl, Aryana Warren, was kidnapped by 21-year-old Quanisha Bell of Smyrna. Bell asked Warren's mother if she and the girl could walk to a nearby store Sunday night, according to investigators. They left Warren's home on Regency Court in the Acworth area at 8:30 Sunday night.

Detectives worked through the night to try and locate Aryana. They eventually found her near Town Center Mall around 6 a.m. Monday. They say she appeared to be in good health.

Cobb County Police found Bell around 9 a.m. Monday walking along Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw. She will be charged with one count of kidnapping and will be taken to the Cherokee Adult Detention Center.

Bell made her first appearance on Monday afternoon. The judge set bond at $44,000.
