Georgia Supreme Court to hear arguments in Ryan Duke murder case
ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Next week, the Georgia Supreme Court will hear arguments on whether to delay the trial for the man accused of killing a former Georgia beauty queen.
Attorneys for Ryan Duke want to overturn a judge's decision to deny funding to pay for expert witnesses in DNA, false confessions, and psychology.

The Georgia Supreme Court decided to delay the trial to consider Dukes' emergency pre-trial appeal.
Duke is charged with murdering Tara Grinstead after breaking into her Oscilla, Georgia home in 2005.
