GBI releases new drug trend date for Georgia
ATLANTA - New information out from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation reveals the latest drug trends in Georgia.
The report shows the top six drugs tested are meth, cocaine, alprazolam, oxycodone, heroin, and hydrocodone.
The most seized opioids are oxycodone, heroin, hydrocodone, and lastly, fentanyl/analogs.
The top five counties with the highest use of opioids in Georgia are Cobb, Fulton, Gwinnett, DeKalb, and Chatham.
