Fast-food restaurant owner wins lottery for a third time
A North Carolina man is a three-time lotto winner!
Ralph Havis claimed his million dollar prize Tuesday in the "$100 X The Cash" instant game.
The longtime restaurant owner previously won $150,000 twice in different games. His first win came in August of 2014 and the second came less than a month ago in April.
Havis owns the fast-food drive-in restaurant "Beef Burger" in Greensboro and he said he doesn't plant to stop flipping burgers anytime soon.
Havis opened the popular burger joint with his late-wife Alma Vivian.
He said he will share some of the winnings with his employees. He told state lottery officials he plans to keep playing.
