Loved ones said they are outraged and disappointed to hear the murder trial for former DeKalb County Police officer will once again be postponed.

Monday, Judge J. P. Boulee, who was scheduled to hear the trial, recused himself. Officials said since he has been nominated for a federal judgeship, the court said that he decided to reassign to a different judge.

Robert Olsen is accused of shooting and killing Afghanistan War veteran Anthony Hill. The Air Force veteran was shot and killed within 15 seconds of responding to the apartments where Hill was found by Olsen to be naked and behaving erratically back in March 2015.

The family's attorney said three judges have now recused themselves from this trial but that none of the three have given a reason for their recusal.
