Family of Toddler Left in Daycare Van Files Suit

ATLANTA - The family of a toddler left inside a daycare van is suing the southwest Atlanta facility.

The little boy was inside that van alone for two hours.

Tuesday, the boy's family, along with their attorney, announced the lawsuit against New Beginning Learning Center.

The family said since the incident little Jeremy just hasn't been the same.

The driver, Shavonda Dailey, has been charged with reckless conduct and child cruelty.
