A man accused of several attacks on women in an East Point neighborhood is due to go before a judge Wednesday morning.

Young was in court on Monday on an unrelated theft charge ,for allegedly stealing from a Waffle House restaurant in July while working there, when he was arrested on additional charges.  The new charges stem from a September 3rd incident in which police say he followed a woman into her home with a gun, then left, claiming to be at the wrong house, after realizing someone else was at the residence.

Investigators said Terry Young, 20, was arrested at a townhome on Friday. Police said Young was found shirtless, hiding in a hot water heater closet under some blankets.

According to police, Young attacked three women over the last two weeks. First, they said he kidnapped, robbed and sexually assaulted a Fulton County woman. Then this past week, they said he kidnapped two other women and raped them in the same complex.

Investigators said the incident involving the two women occurred in the same complex where a Creekside High School teacher was assaulted by a gunman on Sept. 4.  Police said the gunman kissed the woman and began groping her.
