Deputies: Man tried to lure Coweta County teen into truck
COWETA COUNTY, Ga. - Authorities in Coweta County area searching for a man who they said tried to lure a 13-year-old boy into his truck.
It happened Tuesday around 6:30 p.m. near the soccer fields located near Robinson Lake Road. The man "looked upset" according to investigators, when the boy didn't enter the man's truck.
Coweta County deputies said the man is older with dark hair and a "clean-shaven, squished up face". He was driving an older white Chevrolet Silverado that has damage to the passenger side.
Deputies are asking the public to be on the lookout for this person and to be vigilant around areas where children play.
