Deputies: Coweta County shopping center shooting caused by road rage

COWETA COUNTY, Ga. - Investigators responded to the scene of a shooting at a shopping center in Coweta County Sunday night where several shots were fired, according to the Coweta County Sheriff's Office. 

Authorities tell FOX 5 the shooting happened near a PetSmart and Five Below store inside of a pavilion shopping center after a fight broke out. 

Stores closed down for a few hours while deputies started their investigation.

One male was shot and taken to the hospital. 

Investigators are still working to learn what led up to the shooting.
