Delivery driver accused in deadly shooting pleads not guilty
ATLANTA - The Uber Eats driver accused of shooting and killing a man pleaded not guilty Wednesday.
Robert Bivenes entered the plea during his arraignment in a Fulton County courtroom.

Police have charged Bivenes with the felony murder of 30-year-old Ryan Thornton who had ordered a delivery from Uber Eats the night he was shot.
Bivenes and his attorney claim the men argued and that Thornton approached Bivenes with what he thought was a gun.
