MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - For most couples about to tie the knot, flowers are one of the most important parts of the day. However, that wasn't the case for a Minnesota couple.
Instead of having bouquets of flowers, Kathryn and Brad Ziemer used rescue puppies.
The couple was married at Rush Creek Golf Club in Maple Grove.
They support Second Hand Hounds in Eden Prairie, which is an organization that rescues dogs from high kill shelters.
